We contacted a bunch of different companies to get quotes on new gutters for our house. Bob from Paramount was always the fastest to call me back. He gave us a very competitive price and even had a good recommendation on which color to use. I was going to choose plain white but when he suggested black I knew it was going to be great. Within a few days a truck dropped off the supplies for the next day. It took one day for the old gutters to be taken down and replaced with nice new ones! The person who did the work even cleaned up all the sludge that came out of our old gutters. The next morning another truck came by and picked up all the old gutters. It was fast, easy, and we didn't have to pay a cent until we were satisified. Great company and highly recommend them!

Hands down the BEST roofing company in Colorado!! Other roofers I have worked with pale in comparison. Paramount Roofing & Gutters is most importantly "HONEST". On top of that, our whole job was done with EXCELLENCE. And every employee has been a pleasure. I've found my go to roofer. Thanks Paramount!!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! If you want a group of guys that are always on their phones, unprofessional, and dirty then look no further.. our roof has been getting replaced for about a month now (still not done) and I have found roughly 20 nails in the parking lot TODAY ALONE without tape or cones blocking the work site. When you hear them working in the morning, expect a shingle to be nailed down every 5 minutes or so but once 6pm starts to get close they rush through what they were doing to get done. Bags, rubber bands, shingles, nails, and a jacket are just a few of the things I’ve had to remove from under my car before leaving for the day. Long story short, if you don’t have kids or a dog or a car and you aren’t home from 7am to 6pm then hire this company. But if you want a job done quick, professionally, and clean then look elsewhere. Side note: if the secretary at this office would stop harassing me with phone calls asking my exact address after I made a complaint I’d greatly appreciate it. The property is called BelMar ONE and it’s the only building they are working on so I shouldn’t have to be more specific then that..

How do I know if I need a new roof installation in Denver on my home?

If you don’t want to climb up on the roof yourself, do this. Assuming a normal composition shingle roof, find a time when you can look from the ground with the sun on the other side of the roof. Look for vertical white lines at the edges of the shingles. The white lines are caused by the loss of the protective granules exposing the reflective substrate beneath. If you have those, the roof is nearing retirement age. If the lines extend into white patches, it’s getting closer.

While deciding which roofer could qualify as YOUR roofer, there are a few things to look at. First of all, i would SERIOUSLY avoid asking a realtor. Realtors can be a great resource, and they can also be the worst sense of direction in the world. Realtors build a working relationship with the contractor that is willing to do the work at the cheapest rate, not the highest quality. Also, DO NOT hire a handy man. Nothing against the jack-of-all trades type of guys, but they are rarely (maybe 1 out of 50) qualified to touch your roof.

Prepare a plastic roof cover if you can't get in the attic and have no way of determining the exact location of the leak. Use a 4-foot roll of 6-mil polyethylene plastic. Unroll the plastic but don't unfold it. Measure enough to cover a section of the roof from the eave to the ridge, add an extra 4 feet, and cut it from the roll with a utility knife. Unfold the plastic just one fold to make a strip 8 feet wide. Roll one end of the plastic around an 8-foot two-by-four and staple the plastic to the wood. Cut another 8-foot two-by-four and nail it to the first, with the plastic sandwiched between the two pieces of wood. Go on the roof and place the wood along the eaves. Stretch the plastic over the ridge, covering the approximate location of the leak. Staple the other end to another two-by-four and nail a fourth two-by-four to that one. Allow that pair of two-by-fours to hang down on the opposite side of the ridge.
