I hired Master's Coach to transport my mother from a sub-acute nursing facility in Goshen to dialysis which was also in Goshen. The round trip of 3.6 miles, according to Google, was to be done 3 times a week at a cost of $288. I didn't know that they were forcing my mother to ride share with other individuals. I didn't approve for her to ride share. They charged me the same. One of the individuals Master's Coach forced my mother to ride with 3 times just tested positive for Covid-19. Master's Coach just keeps repeating that they didn't know the other lady was positive. In this day of forced social distancing, they put two (maybe more) high risk individuals in the same vehicle. The other lady wasn't even residing at the same facility as my mother. If my mother contracts this virus, she will die. Master's Coach is either too greedy or too stupid to trust.

I needed to hire an ambulance service to help me get to doctor’s appointments and physical therapy session after my knee replacement. On top of being scared about having surgery and needing help to get around, I was really worried about the cost and my company’s insurance plan did not cover this type of expense. I contacted The Master’s Coach and found their prices were reasonable enough for me to handle out of pocket. I used their service three times a week for well over a month. The drivers were all very pleasant and polite arrived early to my home to pick me up or were waiting outside after my PT sessions and doctor’s appointments. They each made sure I was secured in the vehicle and I felt safe with each of their driving skills. When a situation came up that caused a delay, the dispatcher contacted me by phone to let me know and assure me that someone was on the way. I really enjoyed using Master’s Coach, and while I am not looking forward to having another knee replacement surgery it is comforting to know that I can call Master’s Coach when I do.
