This is the worst funeral home ever! They are fraudulent and illegally doing all kind of unethical things regarding my mother and her death. They named me person next of kin on file and refuse to give me my mothers ashes. They took my mother into their care fraudulently without her next of kin being aware because her boyfriend was criminally impersonating he was her husband and she was still married at the time of death to someone else. No one checked any documents to verify anything regarding my mother. They lied and persuaded me to cremate her so they could trick me into a situation as to where I would not receive my mothers ashes. Then they blocked all my phone numbers I cannot get in contact with no one. I have recordings of their directors saying I am in charge and the person next of kin on file but now refuse to release my mothers ashes or even talk with me or respond to me at all. If you Care about your loved one I advise you do not put them into their care You will regret it this has been the worst most detrimental time of my life.
