Very clean indeed and staff are super friendly. Please keep that friendly vibe guys and yes please keep that highest standard of cleanliness. Love the heated pool. I’m not ready to use the jacuzzi for personal reason but I see those ladies with big smile on their faces while using them. Great amenities and awesome machines.

Questions & Answers

I'm trying to confirm what kind of sauna they have. The guy who gave me a tour said their sauna isn't infrared, but their steam room is. ??? Never heard of an infrared steamroom, just an infrared sauna.

The herndon location has both the infrared sauna and the steam sauna. No idea what the guy was talking about.

Is there an area that some people can practice dancing ? My cousin and I have been looking everywhere but can’t seem to find a gym or place that has a dance area. No classes or anything like that. Just an area to practice.

Yes there is, depending on fitness class schedules which can be checked online or you can also reserve a room for free
