I'm trying to confirm what kind of sauna they have. The guy who gave me a tour said their sauna isn't infrared, but their steam room is. ??? Never heard of an infrared steamroom, just an infrared sauna.

The herndon location has both the infrared sauna and the steam sauna. No idea what the guy was talking about.
