Small hike but great outing! π as usual friendly folks around

Awesome views and well maintained park. Definitely visit if you're stopping by, though be warned you may need to do a little bit of hiking to get to the tower and cars with outside state plates need to pay around 17 dollars on weekends (not sure about weekday rates)

Nice hike. Beautiful views.

There are some incredible views here. Particularly around the start of autumn, it's particularly pretty with all the colors fron the foliage. One clear days you can see whole cities in the distance. It's a fairly challenging walking trail to get there, but it's well worth it. If you intend to enter the tower, it would be wise to check in advance if it's open. I think it's still "only the weekend" for now, but even without getting the birds eye view, there still plenty to be seen in the surrounding area!

It was summer home to the Talcott family. Built by Gilbert Heublein.
I found a link that might be more help for you: https://www.friendsofheubleintower.org/heublein-tower-events/tower-toot.html
I would call them since hours are not set
Yes. Might be a tough hike if it's wet and slippery out. Very rocky uphill.
