I booked online about 2 weeks in advance. I needed a ground floor room and they accommodated. However, after checking in we left to see family and when we came back, our room smelled horrible. Not sure if it was the ac or what. Didn’t figure saying anything would do any good since it was kind of late and it was a packed house. The beds had dips in them where you can tell people sit, the towels are baby size. The staff at the front desk aren’t all that friendly, but not super rude either, aside from the one who works in the morning. No vending machine worked, the hot tub didn’t work and the pool was something to be desired. The breakfast was good, but a lot of unsanitary conditions, ie batter for waffles left sitting on counter, in cups, for others to use, omelets and omelet fixings not kept to temp, nor the milk or juice. But what makes this stay even worse is, I checked out at 4am. I stripped the beds and gathered all dirty towels and placed them in a pile on the floor like always. 4 hours later, I get a call from them telling I ruined a mattress with URINE! Excuse me?!? Umm I think not. I tried explaining that we did not leave a mess like that and she said she would be charging my card for the damages and hung up the phone! I will NEVER stay here again and I’ll make no one else I know does either!

VEry basic but very good overall. Staff are pleasant when you check in. This is a 2 star hotel--remember that. The room is very clean and comfortable. Bed is great. There is a refrigerator and a microwave and coffee set up. It is very conveniently located. We did not use the pool, but there is one. We also really didn't have breakfast--but it seems to have many options. This was a great choice of its class and I would recommend it.

I love this hotel. They did have some hot water issues when I first arrived but the employees were very friendly and courteous with letting me know repairs were in the works. The indoor pool is HEAVENLY I spent several hours in the water it was surprisingly not cold(not hot either) it was very tolerable temperature. The hot tub was being serviced so hadn't tried it but the rooms are decent the AC unit seems a bit old but it works great. To both heat the room and to cool it down. Washers and dryers are conveniently located along with the dining area serving breakfast daily from 6am to 9am. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Only thing that kinda sucked was this is a non smoking hotel. Which is fine.... Cut down on my cigs thru the week but honestly great hotel, I highly recommend it.

We were charged a 250 dollar deposit because we were from a city 60 miles away. We were told the money would be returned in 2 days but it was a lot longer. Our room had a big stain on the carpet so we took a picture so we wouldn't be charged. We were not able to use the hot tub because there were people in it and we noticed a guy coming from outside in his swimming suit. Not sure if the local people use it. Some girls tried to take our towels and key while we were in the pool but I confronted them. The staff was nice but I will never stay there again.
