I stayed at this Montrose hotel and emailed the GM the following day regarding my stay, as that email was provided on my receipt. Although it's been 5 days, I have yet to hear back. I reported to the front desk that there's no hot water, the telephone was broken in the room where it wouldn't let me call the front desk and the light over the table was broken. Although I told the nice young man at the front desk, there was nothing he could do for me. The quality of that room was definitely not worth $160. Rather than giving a poor review online, I thought it would be fair to email the GM first for a resolution, but I never heard back. My room and experience was motel quality and I'd rate a 1 star out of 5 overall.

Cockroaches on beds stained and chewed up blankets? Didn’t even stay the night but was still charged because owners are rude was told they would contact me and make it right but front desk than lied and charged full price for something I didn’t even. Use lied about hot tub and pool working only reason we rented room we live in same town wanted a fun experience got a nightmare instead!

Booked this hotel for my husband over the phone directly with the hotel. Had to call customer service number to get a confirmation email. After doing this my husband now has fraudulent charges on his credit card. Don't know who leaked the card, the front clerk or customer service. Not book with quality inn again.

The room was nice and comfortable. Everything worked. TV, internet were great. The drains drained, toilet flushed quietly and the toilet seat was not loose. The bathroom door closed and the AC worked and was quiet. Many of my hotel stays, including the Choice brand, have some of these areas not maintained correctly. Most hotel chains take a reactive and not proactive approach to room maintenance. Hopefully the Quality brand recognizes this.
