Positive: Everything in the room was clean. Staff was friendly. Negative: Rough parking lot. Alarms goinging off in the night. Stained and dirty hallways and common areas. All fixtures and furnishings were from the 70s/80s. Both exterior doors showed signs of forced entry. Way overpriced. Wouldn't stay here again.

Whow this one is tough. It has old charm large rooms with the best breakfast and farm fresh eggs that come with your stay and a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub etc. That was it's past. The plague took it's toll none of the above exists anymore except the large room. No pool. Breakfast is inedible given to you in a lunch bag and the price off season is 129.00 a night. Montrose, Colorado is simply not the same. The spirit has been knocked out of the town and it's businesses. All I feel is sad and disarmed of any hope for them. But never give up on Montrose. Waitin for the stars to line up.

Great service. Room was modern yet had charm. Great for families or romantic weekend trip. Beds very comfortable. I stayed in a 5+ star hotel . Thank you to the management.

Short and sweet stay. Some outside noise from the street and above floor, but that’s to be expected. Kind front desk. It was a great spot for my pup and I to lay our heads for the night! Did not use most of amenities, but it was clean and cozy. Just what we needed!
