Loved staying in the luxury condo in this campground. Beautiful campground along the river. Very clean, very comfortable. Staff could not have been more helpful. Great walking path along the river that goes forever. Very safe and inviting community. Thankyou for allowing us to stay at this wonderful place.

Caley Fields

This campground is so beautiful and well maintained with beautiful flowers everywhere, no trash laying around, and a wonderful bathhouse and laundry area! Our family of 4 stayed in one of the small cabins for nearly two weeks and loved it. The cabin was small, but we expected that and to be honest who comes to Colorado to spend time in doors?!! All of the staff were so friendly and our kids loved the free hot chocolate and cinnamon rolls on the weekend. We absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay again. The only thing that would have made our trip better is if we could have stayed longer.

What a magical place! Having an RV spot right there on the river made for an amazing place to sit, relax, and just listen. Everyone was extremely friendly and super helpful. The only thing that would have been nice to have is a playground for the kids. They enjoyed playing with our dog, and all the dogs, in the pet park area, but a dedicated playground would have been great for younger kids.

I read the review that said “don’t believe the old reviews” and it was correct. The grounds are super clean and well maintained and the bathrooms/showers are the newest and cleanest I’ve ever seen in a campground. Price is very reasonable, free coffe in the morning, all sorts of extra little things. All of the employees were incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. I stayed 2 nights, highly recommend if you’re in the area.
