Then Michael was so knowledgeable, brilliant, and helpful with the products and options, I left feeling like I couldn’t wait to come back. Rocky Mountain high has been my care giver for the last 7 months , the budtenders are great they are very kind and make sure your happy with your product . The 2 stars is for many consistent issues : 1) the website offers many things the store is not allowed to honor Such as daily specials . 2) there is no point system available as offered 3) text message coupon for members not accepted ..they are for your members and should most definitely be honored or not sent out ! 4) they run out of product pretty often this seems to be the only thing have have tried to fix. Not having many options here on the western slope I Only hope the issues are addressed and fixed.

Amazing customer service! Sandy and Harley were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely my new favorite place to shop. Great selection of products and even some cute little pipes! If you are a med patient in the area I would absolutely recommend!
