This place is trash. You go through the drive through and order two drinks and one large fry and you’re waiting 35 minutes because they don’t know how to park people who have large orders, then you try to go inside and they mess up your mobile order by telling you that’s your bag and then when you get back to work you realize they gave you the wrong bag. Then when you go to pick up the correct order they are rude and do not know how to take responsibility for their part in messing up your order.

I love this McDonald's on main. They are always super quick and they usually do have heavy traffic but handle it well. They have messed up a couple of orders and since I live in Olathe they are always willing to take my name and make things right. Some management can be kind of snoody but other than that they are great 👍🏻

The staff is amazing. But the service is INCREDIBLY SLOW. If you want to eat you better make sure you have enough gas in your tank and time because you’ll be sitting in that drive thru line for 20-35 minutes. No kidding. They don’t park cars as they’re supposed to, per- corporate, one order will hold up 20+ cars. Please change this and do something about it. I understand it is very busy but we can all agree.

We stop and get something to eat here when we're out and about and rushed to get food. We always get ice from there too as it's the perfect bag size for r freezer here in r 5th wheel trailer. Staff is always friendly n food is hot and gets to us in a timely manner.
