We have lived here for 3 years, and have seen A LOT of people come and go. I will say that I love all the current residents. Everyone is polite and quiet all hours of the day and night. There have been many positive changes since Prodigy Properties took over. It's a beautiful community now. The few times I needed maintenance, they quickly came to fix it, big or small. They are polite when addressing concerns and handling matters between residents. If you're looking for a quiet, cozy, scenic place to call home, you should take a look.

DO NOT rent from this place. A relative rented from this place and the management does not respond to maintenance calls or requests. Over priced and only looking to take people's money and does not care about tenants.Hi Shellie, sorry to hear you have a relative not getting a good value from their home. Most definitely overpriced & not worth what you could get somewhere else for similar price. Good location though. Updates needed!

My friend lives here & his apartment is so nice! They threw in some special touches that make it stand out from other apartment homes, like the nice backsplash in the kitchen. I think it is a bit overpriced, though.Hi Michelle! Glad that you love the apartment. We actually have more updates coming in 2020 to the halls, laundry, pool area, and more! Have an awesome day!
