For the price I paid, it was a good option. Lived there for 3 years on the 3rd floor and never experienced bug/pest problems. They also had annual bug inspections to keep up with pest control. Anytime I had maintenance concerns, the apartment staff was responsive and addressed my concerns within a couple of days. The windows were a little drafty, and the lights outside of my location were bright at night, but all of these things were manageable with some good drapes.

Great place to live. My Aunt lived here for 32 years alone. It was always quiet, safe and the staff was so compassionate to her when she became ill. Maintenance always fixed any issue quickly. I would highly recommend.

Very nice apartment. I had to find a place on short notice in a good school district. This is in the Oak Hills district so it was perfect. Close to my downtown job. Just a bit far from my family though :o( Lots of kids for my kids to play with. Easy walk to school. I wish there was a pool.

Very good price for a 2 bedroom apartment. Building and apartment are well kept and clean. Close to everything I need to be close to. Excellent school district for my kids! No negative issues. I never give 5 stars for anything unless everything is absolutely perfect though.

Yes. To rent a 3 bedroom you must gross at least $1900 a month.

I would call the office and speak to them. They generally are income based. So it would depend on a few factors.
I know someone who lives there, they have a two bedroom apartment and their deposit was about 780, but it really depends on circumstance and apartment size
