Horrible place. Don't live here, its a waste of money and lots of problems with maintenance. They never take responsabilty.

neighbors has had roaches since we moved in january. old maintenance guy did nothing but spray a 'homemade mixture' that did nothing. now we're 8 months in and still waiting for an exterminator to be approved. HIGHLY disappointed with living here. would never recommend with how maintenance and management handle things. and the call center? expect no calls returned.

WORSE PLACE I LIVED IN!!!! My apartment flooded and even though management saw it from the outside, they didn’t even bother to call me at work. When I got home… it was like walking on a swamp. My neighbors make so much noise you can’t sleep at night. I filed 7 complains, yet the apartment management only filed 1. When you complain, they will write a full email which basically says that it’s your fault. THE WORSE!!! Sometimes saving $100-200 on these apartments is just not worse it. 2 months to fix a leak.

I will say, the office staff and leasing agents were generally friendly and responsive, and this is not a reflection of them. However, these apartments are extremely poorly constructed and poorly maintained. Our apartment would flood consistently, our AC unit had to be fixed continuously (we ended up having to keep a metal mixing bowl underneath it and empty it every few hours), and several spots in the walls were holding so much moisture that they were warped and malleable to the touch. Our heat went out in the middle of the winter (during a week in which it was below 15 degrees) and their solution was to bring over a space heater which caused our electricity bill to be $250 for a single month. After countless issues with the quality of the apartment and maintenance not addressing the root of the problem (we pretty continuously had maintenance requests in) they had the nerve to charge me over one-hundred dollars for a plant, some empty bottles, and a few hangers I had left behind, as well as not vacuuming upon moveout (????). Good value for the cost of living in the area but could not have been happier to leave here.
