The people who answer the phone are NASTY. When they pick up, they always make it seem like you’re bothering them and making them do so much work. They also do not not what they are talking about. They tell you one thing and then something else another time. I called and asked about visiting hours and they said a different time yesterday then they did today. The girl I talked to on the phone gave me attitude and was very rude when I said something back about the hours being switched.

As you are coming in on Eden Ave (from the boulevard) turn left onto Eden. Take the first right. Go through a stop sign. To the left is the entrance. If you are wanting to park, go one more stop sign and then turn right and another quick right and that's the entrance to the parking garage. ( These are directions if you are coming in from the westside or I-75.
