The physical therapists are very good and considerate. They have loads of patience too. A big shout out to all of them from my side for their exemplary work. Thanks Saikat

I had an appointment and got stuck in traffic because of a car crash. At this point I hadn't been on the road very long and called to let them know I was running late. I was told I have a 15 minute grace period to make it there. My GPS said I would make it there with a couple minutes to spare. So, I drove the 40 minutes there and got there being on 12 minutes of my 15 minute grace period late. Only to be told that I can't be seen today and they are sorry!! I was told 15 minutes, made it in 12 and then at the desk she says it is only 10 minutes!! If I would have been told this, I wouldn't have continued the drive and WASTED my TIME and GAS!! Because of someone not knowing their job, it cost me 80+ minutes of drive time, 2 hours I took off work and a lot of frustration 😤.. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE!!

I see two doctors in this building. It’s always clean and the building has free parking after you get your parking sticker stamped by registration. Those ladies in registration are great! They’re always so nice and go above and beyond what you expect! Registration is quick and easy, there are also several restrooms on the 2nd floor and plenty of seating! I see my back surgeon and my acupuncturist and I really like both of them, so I’m going to be returning a lot. Thanks to all the great nurses and staff, who make a bad health issue into a decent experience!

Yes. They have physicians and physical therapists who work in a team to help patients. They are quite capable people. I have full faith on them. I have been doing physical therapies under their supervision and I am getting better after almost 3 years of suffering. The physician would first evaluate you, then the physical therapist would evaluate you again. After that they would design your sessions which would be totally tailor-made for you. Every Wednesday, the physician would get feedbacks from your therapists about your progress. So no worries here. Best of luck. I do hope that you would get back your mobility soon. Thanks, With regards, Saikat
I have had no problems with UC Hospital. Dr Yash Patil and Team saved my life!!!!
Yes you can have one visitor with you.
I am a patient myself with constant muscle spasms. I have been through and still going through tests trying to figure out the cause. I have been ordered very specific therapy if I am able yo tolerate it. I would think the therapies offered would depend on which doctor you see and what the cause is for your problem.
