I love them down there Paula is a great nurse she oughta be a doctor I thought I had an appointment down there today but it was actually on beekmen Street so I went ahead and transferred everything to the West 8th Street clinic cuz there so nice and do great work I luv em down there I kind of blew that first text I sent I'm not real good with this model stuff LOL hell I'm 65 years old

Doesn't follow through with referrals to insurance companies. All the staff have always been very nice 👌 to me.

Go somewhere else nurses, dentist, and staff are rude non professional and dont know how to properly care for a patient. Your just a number to them

My experiments are not great, the service was terrible, mostly when I had to make calls for an appointment. You need to wait for a very long time for them to pick up the calls. And when the person who answered my call, she had a rude tone and attitude. Also when you are at the center, you will also have to wait very long. I am not going to lie but the whole appointment from beginning to end takes like 1 hours and a half minutes or some minutes.

We are not an urgent care. If someone walks in, they are guaranteed to see a nurse. The nurses triage you and determines need to be seen at that time or you are given an appt to return. We provide primary care for adults, children and OB/GYN patients.Our hours are 10 to 7 on Wednesdays and 8 to 5 rest of the week. We are not open on. the weekends or holidays

Depends on what kind of labwork you need. If it's a Lipid panel you could get the results the next day. Lead, STIs, etc take a couple days, results would come in the following week
We have Internal medicine doctors that manage people's asthma all the time. If needed you could be referred to a pulmonologist who is a lung specialist. Does that answer your question?
