If you are thinking about going to this dentist, please be warned that they are TERRIBLE!!! I would give a ZERO if I could. I've never seen WORSE customer service. I scheduled a dental appointment - requested time off from work and waited OVER A MONTH and when I arrived, they wouldn't see me and they said I needed to provide all types of other insurance information etc. (They didn't ask for anything when I scheduled the appointment for some reason and the scheduling person was rude and just seemed like she wanted to get off the phone). DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with this place and find a REAL dentist's office. This place is a FRAUD and has the worst customer service i've ever seen!

I really like the people that work at the one in bond hill. And I enjoy my CNP she listens to what I have to say. And she really cares about my health and wellness. I have been with winmed for some years now and plan to stay there for more years to come.i absolutely love it.

Questions & Answers

I need a physical for a new job. Do they accept patients with no insurance?

They have a sliding scale based on income for patients with no insurance.

Can I have access to talk to the administration and find out why there is like what I'm facing right now?

Wat u want to no

It's not the first time that I have to wait for a long time in a closed cabin waiting for the doctor. When I open the door to see what was going on the nurses come and close the door looking like they are angry. Is this the condition everywhere.

That's rude. Because technically if don't want the door closed, they are supposed to leave it open.
