If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place has been a disaster since day 1. We’ve lived here almost 3 years and have had a minimum of 5 property managers. Each one worse than the last. The current property manager condones theft, as I informed her our property was missing from our back porch and she placed the blame on us. They do nothing about the poor quality of these apartments yet expect people to pay $1200 a month. If you have a repair complaint they send the “maintenance man” who looks/appears to have no professional experience at all. The neighbors are loud and rude and they do nothing about that either. Unless you like constant headache and poor quality living space which also happens to be constantly infested with ants and mice then please do not move here.

DO NOT RENT FROM 5 WEST GROUP! Our air conditioning has been broken for almost 6 weeks now! We have sent multiple certified letters, multiple messages through the renter's portal, multiple voice mails and texts, all of which have been ignored! We are now making our rent payments into an escrow account with the municipal court (current renters who are also having problems: check with your local municipal court for rent escrow procedures--don't give 5 West another dime until they take care of you!). However, they are still refusing to fix the problem. This company is shady, unlawful and will make your life miserable: AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

I'v been here some time and thing are only getting better, now with the new manager she is so responsive and nice to deal with! its a beautiful and quite place with caring neighbors. In between managers was not as good, but that is totally understandable. Not sure why people like to complain, anywhere you go there is room to improve.
