AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolute joke of property management. Have been dealing with roaches and spiders for over 2 months, went to the gaslight office to report the issue and was told the building gets sprayed down every Friday (fun fact: it doesn't!) Bishop Street Apartments are disgusting, mold infected, and infested with bugs. Definitely considering holding the rent in ESCROW until the issue is resolved. They try to take advantage of unknowing college students, but do your research and know your rights as renters. They are abusive property managers.

They are professionally refinishing our hardwood floor entry way, and it looks amazing! GaslightProperty has always been proactive with our property, as well as within our community! I moved in this month, very nice so far. It's a quiet and firendly neighborhood. People at the office are great. Keyanna Allen was my leasing agent, and she has been always super friendly and helpful.
