There will be no information on water cuts and water supply stops for days without pre-intimation. Don't even fix things faster.. delays everytime. Money recharge machine doesn't work for months and washing area machines 70 percent of them won't work at all..Worst management they don't react quicker.

I would've given Arbor 4 stars if they didn't try to screw me over the security deposit. That issue and maintenance however what changed the rating. Per usual, I was expecting my security deposit after move out. I called a few week later and was told it takes 30-45 business days.... uh ok. I finally got mail from them over two months after moving out but it wasn't my deposit. It was instead a notice saying I owed $400 and didn't explain at all what it was for, literally zero expanlation. Plus, this mail came after the date in the letter that said "if we haven't heard from you by now then all charges are final." I drove out there and they told me it was for the bathtub. One problem, I did nothing to the bathtub except normal usage. They didn't have any pictures of what the "damage" was so they removed the charge. As for maintenance, I once created a request for three things.... and the maintenace guy showed up only to fix one of them. Apparently, you'd have an easier time getting water out of a rock than getting your sercuity deposit back in a reasonable timeframe

New management has really step up and turn this place around. The apartment are great for young professionals and new families.
