It provides all of their fees for feline and canine spay/neuter as well as vaccines, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention. Their fee schedule states $60 for a female cat spay. They do charge a $25 deposit when you book your appointment, which is deducted from your total cost on the day of the appointment.
