You can use a Jewelry cleaner, but like Nathan said, you need to know whether it is Real Silver , Real Gold or if the earrings are Fashion/Costume (plated) jewelry. If they are NOT real Silver or Gold, then putting them in a Jewelry Cleaner will make it worse. If the earrings are Real Silver then make sure you use a cleaner specific to Silver jewelry & do not leave your earrings in the jar for more than 1 to 2 minutes. Most cleaners will have directions on it as well.

No there is not. You have to contact Macy's toll free number located either on your statement or behind your Macy's charge card regarding your billing info. Sales clerks can only take payments and are not privy to your account information and history.
