Bought a new set of tires at a DT in Michigan, and drove here to visit family. Something wasn't right, so I stopped in (3 of 4 tires were improperly balanced). I've been using DT for 30+ years, and this location was outstanding. Super efficient, well staffed, and amazingly fast. Top-notch service. Five stars, for sure.

Very good service at this specific location. The onsite manager and staff work hard and stay organized in keeping up with the busy workflow. I seem to always be able to schedule appointments within 1-2 days too. Keeps me coming back to Discount Tire for all my tire/wheel needs.

I didn't need an appointment but it's first come first serve unless you get an appointment, which i didn't have. Got there at 8:00 when they opened (actually i was there at 7:45 standing by door. Had my tires ordered on-line and walked in and out in 26 mins. They were FAST AND GOOD SERVICE. Would definitely go back.
