I rented a unit for a year and it was broken into twice. All of the units in the immediate area of mine were broken into as well at least once...I noticed their bolts cut like mine. Management wasn't eager to look into security footage (and didn't)even when we knew the second break-in happened within a 5 day window and it would be easy to spot someone pulling out from my unit with my large property that had been stolen. I never shared my access code with anyone. I don't recommend using this facility.
