Limited selection for birthday supplies very over priced and rude customer service. Would not recommend. It is also very out dated.

I checked a few area rental places for canopy, tables and chairs. Pricing was somewhat comparable so I went with the “hometown” option. What you don’t realize is that Ruddys has not upgraded so you are paying 2020 prices for old, heavy wooden tables that are probably 30+ years old. The tent was also the old “circus tent” type whereas the others I checked were spring-loaded and easy to put up. We didn’t have the proper sledge hammer on hand to even put it up! They should supply one or let you know ahead of time what you need. It all worked out so I gave 3 stars for “doing the job”, but had I known, I would have rented from a company that has updated equipment for the same price or less. Staff was friendly and flexible, but its just time to reinvest in upgrades.

Horrible service..uneducated help...and to top it off crooks! One of the most poorly/ filthy run operations I've seen!
