Over the years we have ordered many things through Ferguson and we have never had an issue.However we ordered a subzero refrigerator and freezer well over a year ago that were promised in March and every month they’re pushing it back blaming it on everything and meanwhile the cabinet people are gone and our kitchen looks awful. Though they are cordial, I wish I had never ordered it and I feel we should have been warned before we pre-paid in full.😭

I went into the Ferguson Ft. Lauderdale store to purchase 2 vanities on December 31 and was told it would take 5 business days to arrive. I was notified by a trucking company they were lost and they did not arrive until 15 days later. When they arrived, they were dropped off in the middle of the driveway in the rain with no notification and one of the vanities legs had been crushed. I tried to replace this vanity and was told there was not a replacement of the same style. Because of this I returned them both. It has been 2 weeks and I have still not received the refund for this order. Even though I ordered in the store, they will not help me and I need to call the corporate number. I have made numerous phone calls and spoken to numerous people and still don't have my refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was not taken seriously.

this was my 1st experience at Ferguson's. Leah was my sales consultant. everything was perfect. I will be making another appt with Leah to finish the selection process. my only wish was that I could have had a longer appt so I could have gotten everything done. seems like you have to pick your area of focus and book a 2 hr appt...then re-book and return for another area of focus. it'll be worth the return visit to finish selecting appliances, plumbing, lighting, etc. thank you leah!!
