Our wedding was on April 23rd, 2022. My husband and I fell in love with Crystal Ballroom on our very 1st tour. Luna never made us feel like customers. She honestly made us feel as if this location was made personally for us. Nothing but professionalism and family vibes. I love her. Our coordinator Mike was absolutely amazing. Weeks inching closer to our day, he made sure to keep the lines of communication open and helped us thru every single detail. Our guests ran behind due to traffic so it set our time back a little bit. Mike literally helped me keep my sanity. His calm and understanding demeanor helped me relax and it was smooth sailing all night. The only minor detail that we ran into was that (Bryan) the original decorator that we were working with for months suddenly wasn't there. So some of the more personalized details that we reviewed with him got lost in the transition to the new decorator. No harm done, because the new decorator was still amazing.

NOT WORTH THS MONEY!!!! The decor of the rooms are absolutely beautiful but the service was lousy. We provided all the liquor and food on top of the fee charged to use the space. Not a single guest drank beer we provided and the staff claimed they didn’t see any… thieves!!! The only memorable thing is the decor, otherwise than that, Signature Garden has more bang for your buck…

Crystal Ballroom Beachplace had quickly risen to the top of my list of venue choices due to the all natural, picturesque, oceanview background, along with the breathtaking, jaw-dropping inside decor. I had taken the year before to plan my event to be held on Jan 14, 2022. I was so excited that I secured the location with a credit card deposit on the same day of my complimentary VIP tour in March of 2021! I had looked forward to taking a picture with the "We said yes" sign that I would see the couple's take pictures with on Instagram, but there would be none of that for the birthday girl😪, not even after my event was paid in full a week before the 90 day deadline. Sergio, was a phenomenal guide! He was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I only wished the owner had shared that same energy. The owner could benefit from a few customer service seminars! He appeared out of nowhere at the end of September with threatening texts and emails ordering me to pay my balance in FULL with penalties and interest or my event would default at the end of that current day! It did not matter that I still had a couple of weeks before the 90 day paid in full deadline! It's not enough that he did not introduce himself, nor claim his title, but he chose to send the emails through an employee's account (Lalani Luna). 1 of 2 (part2of2 is on yelp)

Absolutely amazing experience. Bryan was our decorator. He saw my vision and executed it amazing communication . Sergio was our coordinator and we were so pleased with his enthusiasm, communication, and professionalism. This place was a dream. From being cost friendly and efficient.
