It's JCPenney. It's exactly what you expect. Helpful staff as we walked in the door. We were there for the Sephora inside. Turns out, Sephora is parting ways with JCP, so what was left was incredibly discounted. Unfortunately, what was left was empty shelves and still ridiculously expensive face cream.
