My rooms smelled like under arms & feet. T.v picture was deeming in and out. Had no other rooms available for unforeseen incidents such as this, no manager on the weekends, I had to go ask the guy at the front deck, to come and smell the room. He’s comes… brings spray, has me spray the room myself. No maintenance crew over night. If your sold out you should at least have a maintenance, and one housekeeper on the property!!! The absolute worst!!!! This hotel gets one rock, not one star!!!!

Stayed here on my wedding night. My father in law asked for a cot and blankets for our kids as they were staying with them and none were provided. They were given the wrong room. My room key didnt not work 2 different times. Our fridge died in the middle of the night and I was told there was nothing they could do cause maintenance wasnt in until monday. I said just switch a fridge from the other room. They would do nothing so our food had to be thrown away. I buy a bottle of pop in the lobby and it takes the lady 10 minutes to figure out how to ring it up. Staff nowhere near properly trained. House keepers very stand offish. Wont be back.

Everything was great on our list visit. The most impressive thing was how friendly and accommodating the staff was. From the front desk folks to the person keeping the lobby floor dry, they were such great folks. The house keeping staff and the person keeping the items on the breakfast buffet well stocked all took the time to say hello and they went out of there way to make sure we had everything thing we needed. I salute all of them and hope that the hotel management appreciates them.

Jill (GM) was great. Our room served its purpose. Had loads of fun.. The flavored water was great. Breakfast was replenished when needed (not a lot of options re:hot foods). The room service worked hard. Don’t forget to walk down to the local bar. Food is amazing there.
