We don’t have to wear masks on planes or in restaurants anymore. It’s time this location resumed daily housekeeping. You can only get a housekeeping visit once every 3 days, you have to request it ahead of time & you can’t get it on a weekend. Sounds a lot more like a staffing problem than a Covid problem. Furniture in room was old & the ottoman had a very suspicious-looking stain all over the top. I’ll stay elsewhere next time..

We were greeted by friendly, and knowledgable receptionists everyday. The breakfast attendants were always friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate our needs. The only thing lacking is the daily room make-up.

Positive: Location. Period. Negative: Never even checked in to the hotel, as I called ahead specifically to use their local pool. Made a same day reservation only to find out the pool was closed. Hotel would not even offer for us to come back another day.

We attended a funeral, had to reserve 6 rooms we needed early check in to get to the funeral home in time. front desk was able to accomodate for us. Rooms were clean but could use a update. Beds were comfortable but the skirting on one of the beds was not cleaned looked like dry vomit. Shower hot water was not very warm we were on the 3rd floor.
