Hot tub rooms with fireplaces Is not bad

It was my fiancé’s bday and I wanted it to be special. This place was great. It has a fireplace, huge king sized bed, and a beautiful jacuzzi hot tub!! The price wasn’t bad either for a night’s stay. If you’re looking for just a night away from it all, I’d stay here, again.

Clean room every day. Awesome place to stay for the price. Full size fridge in our room not sure about all. Nice room very close to the Cracker plant I'm working at definitely a B+ hotel. Only down side is they don't have breakfast. Very friendly staff

first saw this hotel on a previous trip where I stayed at a neighboring hotel. decided to give it a try for this trip. The positives: Very good housekeeping. Room was clean, beds well prepared, carpet vacuumed etc. Price: No complaints - very reasonable. Location: great - near multiple restaurants and the mall. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board provided. Small refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Ice machines and self-laundry machines available for guests. The negatives: Small double beds, well-used, probably inexpensive, uncomfortable mattresses. No towel or clothing hooks in the generously-sized bathroom. Simple paper warning signs about not parking in the neighboring strip mall parking lot were noteworthy and plentiful, but were torn, wrinkled, etc. and gave the hallways a generally messy appearance. The inexcusable: Room 103 was unfinished even though the hotel has been open for quite some time. The door had only 1/2 of the panic lock installed, so the only working lock was the card-reader lock which sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. The carpet was untrimmed at the bathroom door. It was just sticking up in the air awaiting someone with a carpet knife to cut away the excess. The worse - no toilet paper holder anywhere in the bathroom. The roll of toilet paper just sat on top of the toilet tank. You had to pick it up the whole roll to unwind the paper for use. Finally the first night of our stay, the guests in one of the rooms in the hotel were having a no holds barred fight. The screaming could be heard for more than an hour. There appeared to be no attempt by the hotel staff to stop it even though they could clearly hear the yelling in the hotel office. Bottom line....If on a budget, make the reservation. If not on a budget, spend a few extra bucks at the Comfort Suites next door.
