After traveling to three different lowes to get a specific grill that employees kept telling me the other had in stock I ended up leaving cranberry for monaca. I was informed at cranberry he spoke with someone and they had the grill in stock however it sat outside leaving the box badly damaged and it would be discounted. After driving to Monaca it took the crew a half hour to locate said grill only for the manager to be a completely undesirable person indicating he would not discount it and he doesn't care what the other employees said that he's the supervisor. So I still ended up purchasing the grill only to get it home and have pieces missing etc. As of right now I know 12 bolts are missing. . . Will not be giving monaca lowes another penny.

There is never a person working the pro desk. I'm trying to build a deck and can't get any help at my local store. If I go to another store, I'm going to have to pay extra in shipping. I'll just take my business to another home building store.

Worst big box hardware store around. I suggest no one step foot in this store. The employees are rude, provide false information. I was told by "John" that Lowe's DOES NOT take installation requests over the phone. Well, I asked a little more and found "John" only told me this beause HE was too busy. He didn't want to take the time for me, so he told me I needed to take 20minutes to DRIVE to Lowes to complete this request. Keep in mind, this is 4 days after I paid nearly $1000 for a dishwasher. Next, after I realize "John" was B.S'ing me, he got my address and phone # and told me there was a $35 charge and transferred me the the front desk. This woman also sounded too busy for me, she provided no information and got annoyed if I asked if there was any time frame for Delivery. She said "Well if John couldn't tell you that why in the world would I be able to, he is the one in Appliances". So I told her how "John" just brushed me off and provided no info and was too busy for me. She basically told me "well do you want to pay the $35 or not?" I said well I need to know exactly what I'm paying for and when to possibly expect this to happen? She got VERY irritated now and told me I should have asked "John". At this point. she told me to hold on again and I heard her speaking with a co-worker (she forgot to put me on hold) When she came back, she again just asked me for Card Numbers and I said I wasn't comfortable paying right now without knowing what was going on. She hung up on me. Unreal. Calling the store for Manager and Lowe's Corporate office right after this post.

My wife and I went to Lowes to look at hardwood flooring on Friday 06-08-2022. We waited in the department for over 30 minutes and no one helped. I went to the Millwork counter and they told me they would page someone over no one came did the same in the Kitchen department they said they would page someone and no one came. Luckily I went to Homedepot and the 2 people they had working in flooring were happy to help us.
