I used to really like Sephora, but during my recent visit to this store, I noticed that many shelves were empty of products. In addition, the two employees stood behind the counter chatting and did not say hello to me.

We were helped by Ashlyn today. We went in for make up for prom. She could not have been any nicer and helpful. She suggested make up and demonstrated fun eye shadow and bronzer applications. Each person we encountered was professional and friendly. Will definitely go back and hope we get Ashlyn again.
