We need a place in short notice and my brother used to live in Center Point. We took the first unit they show us and finish everything online in a day. Their Online paperless application make everything so easy for all your rental. No paper file need. The Leasing office people are friendly, helpful but professional too. Richard is always there to help us for everything. He is very efficiency. In general the team work on site are very friendly. Whatever I see landscaper or housekeeper on site they always smile and say hi to me. They have beautiful, modern clubhouse connect with the leasing office. When I just move in my apartment don't have internet so I will work from the club house. There is kitchen, living room, entertainment center, meeting room very comfortable.

I moved to Oregon 15 months ago for work, and had to secure a place to live sight unseen. I worked with Richard over the phone and he was very helpful, and even though setting everything up necessitated a lot of back-and-forth, he was very responsive throughout the process, and everything was set before I drove out here. When I arrived my apartment was not very clean, and a little rough around the edges. However, I wasn't worried because of the reputation Center Pointe had online - as well as my experience with Richard so far. He and David did not disappoint, and we worked everything out both amicably and satisfactorily. This was the only non-maintenance issue I had in 15 months living here, and it was handled very well. Nothing/nobody is perfect, and how we respond when things are not perfect says the most about us. Five stars. Now, I am moving to another state again, and sad to be leaving Center Pointe which has been - by far and away - the best experience I've ever had with an apartment complex and staff (Josue has also been top notch with taking care of any maintenance issues, promptly). I've been working with Richard again while getting everything sorted with my new apartment as well as getting everything taken care of here, and he has been phenomenal through this process as well. I can't say enough good things about him and the whole team here. If I move back to this area in the future, I'm glad to know I have a great place to look forward to.

I lived In Center Pointe Apartments for almost 3 years and had to move due to personal reasons but let me tell ya, this is one of the best places I’ve lived on. The units are beautiful and clean. Management is so kind, patient and helpful. Beautiful landscapes and friendly neighbors. Very quiet and peaceful. It is an amazing place to live.

Recently moved to Portland on a corporate assignment and selected Center Pointe as my home because it seemed to tick all my boxes.. This book you can judge by its cover. The lease was completed by a 3rd party but since I have moved in I have had the pleasure of dealing with Rich and his staff, their help, assistance and advice has been top class. The apartment itself is fantastic. Roomy, cosy, all that one needs for a comfortable living experience, it is so quiet around the complex also. There is lots of parking outside and the complex is extremely well maintained especially considering the weather recently. I haven't had the pleasure to meet many of my neighbors but can only assume they are really nice people. I had the misfortune to lose a valuable pair of sunglasses and presumed they were lost but someone had found them and handed in to the office, I think that says it all about Center Pointe and its community..
