The staff was very polite and helpful which normally would get four stars. The location to the venue we attended was great. Unfortunately there was no mention the pool would not be open (which was the main reason our family as well as two other families stayed at this hotel.) Having to explain to grand-children why they can't use the pool was not something we should have had to deal with. The breakfast was also a disappointment. The powdered eggs were terrible and the sausage was not too good either. The remaining choices were iffy at best. As for the room, it was nice and clean. The water pressure in the shower however was non existent. It took three times longer and a considerable amount more water to rinse off than any normal shower should.

Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. It was a brief one night stay before early morning flight due to it's close proximity to airport. Room was decent. Walls and doors were thin, so not the quietest if you have noisy neighbors.

Positive: Elevators were quick and usually available. Negative: The mattresses were so hard and uncomfortable. There was no great area to take your pets outside. The grassy areas were also tall. The room was tiny, barely enough room to get around the furnishings.

I had a pet room, so not sure about other rooms. Mine was clean, hardwood floors in case of accidents and the staff was very friendly and personable. Free breakfast was a plus, good selection and staff kept it clean and supplied.
