I was impressed with how clean the entire property was. From the lobby and bar area, to the hallways, and especially my room - it all was very clean. The modern decor was really nice too. The front desk staff was working so hard to manage multiple guest requests and needs at once, and they kept their cool and professionalism despite the challenges. They both were friendly and helpful. What a nice touch to offer the lemonade to guests, and I appreciated the comfortable loungers in the business area where I could relax and watch TV while my daughter took a nap in our room. We chose this hotel since it offers 24 hr airport shuttle service, and the driver went above and beyond to help us very early on our departure morning. He was really great, just like all of the employees we met. I enjoyed my short stay at this property and will definitely return if I'm in Richmond again!

Tania who is the breakfast cook is absolutely wonderful. She's personable, charismatic, and a damn good cook. My eggs were the perfect consistency and the French toast was excellent as well. The breakfast is overpriced for sure, but I'd be more upset if it hadn't been cooked by Tania. ATTN HOTEL MGMT: You should absolutely give Tania a bonus so she can take a day or two off without worrying about bills so that she might rest her knees. Happy, healthy workers work harder! Show a valuable employee that they have value!

Each staff member was super helpful and friendly. Not many options for breakfast, but Starbucks coffee is always a win. I had a 4 day stay so I booked a King Suite, it would have been nice to know the room they chose for me shared a wall with the elevator room on the first floor. The generator went off every 10 minutes when you were trying to sleep. This is not very conducive when you have early morning meetings , and given the price of the room they could have done better with the placement of this King Suite.

This is the absolute worst Marriott hotel I have ever stayed at. The pictures are extremely deceiving. The rooms are filthy, ice makers are out of order, and during my stay there was no hot water to take a shower in the morning. No big deal for those working the desk. These are all 'management' issues. Then they charge me $134 + for this room. Choose the Sheraton which is has much cleaner rooms and more professional staff. I have no idea how anyone can write anything positive about this hotel. Reviews are so untrustworthy.

Do you mean Jacuzzi tubs or hot tubs? I am pretty sure they don't, but you can call hotel and check.
I pay with credit card. They charge one week at a time. Best hotel! Very nice. You will like this one. Pet friendly!
It's like a Bistro, you can eat and consume alcohol, the one @6400 west Broad has an alcohol BAR.
