I’ve been trying to reschedule my court date for 2 weeks prior to my court date and no one have answered the phone literally 0 times not even a call or email back . Mecklenburg wants u to miss ur court date so they can give us a free room in there

Always busy but, when it's your turn they are very helpful.

This court house is a joke. Kimberly that’s doing the estate is lazy I’m waiting on a piece of paper and it’s been a month. I hate coming to this courthouse

Register of Deeds in County Office Bldg next to ct house.
Hi, I would like to ask some questions. What is the procedure in order to sue an establishment? In order to sue, does one need to have a lawyer or can one sue without a lawyer? Does the Mecklenburg County provide legal aid to an individual without a lawyer in order to assist with the process? If an individual can not afford a lawyer but is needing to sue an establishment, what steps would the individual need to take?
9 am or 2 pm
$3.00.....Also depending on how long ago you were divorced, you may have to wait 1 hour for it to arrive from Raleigh vital records.
You can do a small estate or assignment of title...call up to the probate dept and they can explain the difference and what is required....the process isn't too bad
You can try and get in touch with the clerk in whatever department the hearing is in ...but it wont guarantee it'll be changed.
I was wondering the same thing and just found out that 30days after serving your spouse you need to call to set your own court date.
They have the paperwork on the 3rd floor of the Mecklenburg County Courthouse. You file here also.
Call the clerk of courts office. They should be able to help u with that
Monday's and Friday

The mom has to sign with the consent. If the mom isn't around and your the custodial parent I think the judge can sign off on it.
You're going to have to go to the courthouse and file updated paperwork. It should be on the 3rd floor
You can go to the courthouse and do a search
I would contact Legal Aid so they can advocate on your behalf to get your money back.

my wife passed in 2017 . i am executor of her will . we have a savings account in her name i would like to have it closed and placed in my name . the bank says they need proof that all creditors have been paid . what do i need from the court to satisfy this .
A New Deed must be prepared, signed and filed. Question, why are you needing to change the name on the deed? A sale? Correcting an error in name currently? 704-604-2203. Happy to speak/help.
My husband passed in 2020, and the vehicle is in his name and I need to pay my property taxes, what should I do
Contact the dmv see if you're eligible make sure you don't owe any tickets anywhere you should be good after that
Try going to paync ticket online im not sure i googled that
You file a summary ejectment and they will give you a court date. Make sure to check and make sure the tenant is not active military and take that with you.
Are they on or have a lease with you or a landlord?
You can get copy of marriage License at the county court Where you got married
No
You could probably get a divorce anywhere, but I'd call your local court house and check to make sure
The sheriff dept inside the court house
You really need to be in court. The victim not showing up results in a lot of cases being dismissed. You can try calling the DA's office to inform someone also.
I don't know but I know of a prepaid legal company that can answer all legal questions
Police
