07:30 to 11:00 hrs or 7:30 - 11 A.M. Monday to Friday
Talk to your specialist that has helped you order your hearing aid.
Exit 33 off 85 to Billy Graham
I don't know because I was seen last time that I used it.
704-329-1300 ext. 31800 for the eye clinic
All minor surgery is still done at the Salisbury VA due to if there are any complications they have the medical equipment and medications. Charlotte VA unfortunately does NOT have what is needed. Even a minor ER clinic in Charlotte would save a lot of lives of Vets like my husband and I. Unless we want to go to the local ER and run the chance of paying over $6,000 we have to drive for over an hour sit in traffic for 45 mins longer if there is even a fender bender then we have to wait to be seen.
Not positive, but I believe they do.
Haven't heard yet. Check with the VA
I had to go to Salisbury for emergency care
You will probably have to wait until monday, but do an emergency pick up at the pharmacy. They do have a pharmacy at south charlotte va. I take insullin also
Yes. However I believe you must have a dental related service injury or be at 100% VA disability to utilize. Please with VA your eligibility.
Probably the accept a lot of LPNs that I know for sure. Apply on USAjobs.gov there's a person to contact on the application and they can let you know better
Not at the Charlotte VA, but they valet park at Salisbury VA
I believe so.
Not sure exactly of your question, but if you are a homeless veteran, contact Veterans Bridge Home and they will help you get connected to resources that can provide you with temporary shelter and/or permanent housing. https://veteransbridgehome.org/contact-us/ You will also need to call 2-1-1 or 888-892-1162 in order to be interviewed and assigned a HMIS (Homeless Management Information Systems) CE (Coordinated Entry) number that you will need to access resources in Mecklenburg County. Not sure if you will need it if you are outside of Mecklenburg, but they can tell you that. https://www.mecknc.gov/CommunitySupportServices/HomelessServices/Pages/CoordinatedAssessment.aspx
Yes, my veteran husband got a free flu shot there in 2020.
the South Charlotte VA HCC is not a hospital. it is a group of clinics. it is open on some Saturdays for appointments in one of its clinics. limited radiology and pharmacy as well
You can also apply online at va.gov.
Call the VA buisness office , they could give you that info, or get on line . If you phone ,listen to the prompts.
I believe that all of the VA uses a single source for hearing instruments. When you consider the volume of need, there seems to be a long delay for any health related devices such as glasses and hearing aids. They may come earlier because the VA uses a canned response on wait times in hopes they under promise and over deliver. Patience Grasshopper.
Www.va.gov search DD213 or DD214. Or veteran service office in your county.
If you are a service connected veteran and your physician orders it, then yes. If your condition is not service connected, then possibly yes.
Yes you have to go over there if you are a veteran, and go to the information desk and they will direct you. Also if you nee a ID card go to DMV and they can issue you a state ID...
Does the CHARLOTTE VA Hospital have a Pain Clinic?
Yes, they have a same day access clinic on the first floor
Call there and speak to an operator and they can transfer you
Call 704-329-1300 ext. 31800 for the eye clinic.
By traveling east on Tyvola you should encounter some area restaurants
Call them so they can direct you to the right department for the forms

But better to get started on it so at least help will be forthcoming.
Yes
You have to call or walk in. But you have to have a referral from your primary
I had a hearing exam for my service connected hearing loss there.
You should be able to see someone the same day when you go there for a doctor appointment.
It seem it is a hit or miss. I have been trying myself😞. It is so annoying. Wish I could tell you better news.
I would say no, either wise you will wait till appointments are finish. What a shame not to be more accommodating in this area, other wise you will need to go Salisbury VA Emergency. But make sure you document if you need to go to the local community. Hope this help. Need to be more vocal to VA !
No. If you want or need to go to a VA ER you have to go to the Salisbury VA ER.
