Everyone is very professional and extremely caring. Marie Kristensen is the best primary care provider I have ever had.

Such a great clinic. I had been patient for about 6 years. Great stuff, everyone is super friendly and professional. The ladies at front desk always so polite and helpful. I definitely tell everyone this is a super great clinic.

I have been with CCHC for about 6 years now. I love the physicians but the customer service is the absolute worst. Everyone has an attitude, it’s like you’re inconveniencing them. You try to make an appointment and they are MONTHS OUT when you clearly state you need to be seen asap. I had it today. I had a virtual appointment scheduled for 1pm but because of my change in schedule at work I had to cancel. I called and explained to the lady on the phone and asked if they had a later time. She did not even ask my name, immediately said “I will not give you an appointment until the end of April”. Like seriously? I try to walk in and I don’t get seen either. The CCHC at Medical Plaza is the WORST, they have the rudest people at the front desk and when you talk to them like they’re talking to you, you’re suddenly the one that’s wrong. I have sat in the waiting room, while I wait on my appointment and I have seen and heard how rudely the speak to everyone, specially the Hispanic community.

I have tried to contact me to schedule an appointment a week ago and I cannot communicate with anyone, someone who knows how to help me.
Hi Donnell, we are located on the third floor of the building (Suite 300). Thanks!
Hi Marisela! If you are a patient of this clinic, please make an appointment with your doctor so you can have a mammogram.
Yes and If you want to apply for sliding scale, they will give you the forms there - you can fill them out at home and bring them back in.
Yes
No, we have a sliding scale program for patients who don't have health insurance. Your copay depends on your household size and your income. Feel free to call the clinic if you'd like more information!
