Great recruiter, and great pay, but pay isn’t everything. Very risky taking assignments with this company. Company does not have a great mediation system to handle issues with staff and does unethical business. There is a quote in the book rich dad , poor dad. It’s called “bean counters”. What these people do is look at the numbers, fire people, and ruin business. This may seem like a good strategy, but in the long run reputation goes a long way. Stay away from companies that do not value their workers. Unethical business does not ever win.

Snap nurse in all honesty was a great company to work for. I accepted two contracts with both In Colorado. I completed both contracts until the last day. The 2nd contract was at a place that we were hired to only work with the COVID patients. Once we got there of course it was a different story. Everything about the people at the facility was bad. The scheduler was a liar who tried to work us to death without a day off. She lied and told snap nurse that I didn’t complete some shifts and they took her side. Come to find out we weren’t suppose to work over 60 hrs a week but she had me and others working 72 or sometimes more a week. She often changed our schedule sometimes daily. She must’ve showed them an old schedule that she wrote out for me which was not accurate. Sometimes she’ll verbally ask you to come in but won’t have you on the schedule. I was very disappointed in them especially since I bragged about the company to so many people. I was never able to really speak to nobody except through emails. I didn’t have anything to give them as proof except some text messages she sent me asking me to work. I really wish They would’ve listened to my side instead of taking her word and let me go.

My first Snap Assignment in LOUISIANA was my best assignment since i started travel Nursing. I dont write Reviews but i couldn't resist this.... My Recruiter, Ms Sharon Lopez is the best. She is so professional, detailed and an Awesome person. I have never had the experience of a recruiter reaching out to ensure that i am well situated and comfortable in my hotel room on arrival, but Ms. Sharon did from the first day I got to my assignment. She called twice and even at 08.35pm to ensure I am okay and ready to work the next. AWESOME Experience. The rest of the Team from the Credentialling to the Payroll Staff were all very professional and ready to assist at any point. SNAP is THE BEST TRAVEL AGENCY AND IT WILL ALWAYS BE MY PRIORITY AGENCY. I LOVE YOU AND LOOK FORWARD TO MORE EXPERIENCE WITH SNAP..
