After looking at many local businesses that provide dumpster rental, we decided to contact WG Waste. Their customer service is prompt, pleasant, and professional. Post lockdown, so many businesses are burnt out from disgruntled customers and you can hear it in the employees who handle new business/in coming calls. I am incredibly impressed with how patient and kind the office staff have been! The delivery, less than 24hrs later AND on schedule, was just as lovely! Wesley has to be the best driver that they have. Between his ability to navigate tight curves and his genuinely kind manner, he's the sort of gentleman you want to see first-thing in the morning! We did have a slight hiccup with the dumpster size (there are 2 different sides to their business and this alters container size) BUT they were not only willing to listen to the problem, they did everything in their power to correct it. They have a customer for life! This is exactly why we love to support local business...they are interested in building relationships and they're community. They have great staff and we look forward to using them again in the future!

This company are thieves after I no longer wanted to use services and after they picked up the dumpster they charged my card additional $188 after I gave them $500 for my services ! You all never reached out to notify me that I went over in im finding out by my bank that this fraud business charged me that again .

The lady Aj "dispatcher" very rude and disrespectful and completely unprofessional . My experience with them from the beginning to end was completely awful . I scheduled my dumpster to be picked up and replaced after I was unable to reach anyone because the companies "phone lines were down" the entire day we spoke by email during email the dispatcher really wasn't giving any information on when my dumpster will be replaced and of course being smart . I was just fed up and done dealing with someone so rude so I let them know I don't want a replacement I just want them to pick up the dumpster they wouldn't receive another dime out of me ! I reached out to another company for service but still they wouldn't come pick up the dumpster so I had to reschedule the new companies dumpster . Services probably would be 100x better if they did not have that nasty women in that office . Only reason why they received 1 star is because I had to but I will not ever refer this company to anyone . RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

I highly recommend this company !! I was in the process of cleaning my garage . I spoke to Mr. Carlo he was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable an patient as I decided what size dumpster I would need.
