When I contacted them, I already had an attorney that did not do much and would not communicate very well. They at Ginsberg Law were extremely reluctant to take my case and tried to discourage me from changing attorneys. But I insisted and did not give up. Finally they referred me to one of the attorneys that works with them; Fred Green who turned out to be the cream of the crop. I am so happy that they accepted my case and they did an awesome job. I wish I had contacted them first but I did not know them. I found Jodi Ginsberg on Youtube. She makes informative and very helpful videos on a regular basis. Fortunate is the one who chooses Ginsberg Law and extremely lucky is the person who is referred to Attorney Fred Green. He really is very knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and easy to communicate with. He made me feel like I was part of the family. He is a man of his word.and has integrity. I would give Ginsberg Law ten stars

My whole experience dealing with Ginsberg Law has been nothing short of SPECTACULAR. Jonathan, Jen (his paralegal), and the whole team here are great at communicating, extremely helpful, and very informative. I highly recommend working with the Ginsberg Law Team!!!

Not only is Mr. Ginsberg very professional and knowledgeable, he is so compassionate and respectable as a person. He generously gave us a lot of extremely valuable advice during our first consultation. He is just exceptionally great in every aspect compared to other attorneys we had before. We are so grateful to him for helping us!

Very knowledgeable lawyer and staff. Very Professional, Prompt and Courteous. No games. No gimmicks. No blowing smoke. They were all straight forward and to the point. Could not ask for a better experience. If you need legal counsel, look no further.

My experience is only wityb Johnathan, and it is always pleasant and informational
SSA may review you at some point in the future to determine whether your medical condition has improved to the point where you could return to work. My guess is that a kidney transplant may help with some of your symptoms but you will need anti-rejection meds and may have other side effects that would make full time work difficult. So, bottom line, while a review is possible, I think it is unlikely that they will review you anytime soon and,if they did, I think it is not likely that they would move to terminate your benefits.
