We are living here for about 8 month. I like the management and maintenance. Every time that we have some issues they come to fix that. Always helpful. Last few month I often see some remodelings. Very nice and friendly neighbors and neighborhood at all. Very nice area, Wallmart and Post office 4 min drive, Savers, Planet Fitness 2 min drive, gas station is 1 min drive. Closed to the free way and crossed the street to Mid-America Nazarene University. They have Google Fiber access. Trash and water included to rent payment. Minuses. We can hear our neighbors above and on the side. Audibility is high here and sometimes distracts. Trash area sometimes is full and smells not good. Small kitchens, no chandeliers in the bedrooms. That is not super fancy, but for this price, in Olathe, I think that is not bad appartments.
