The location is nice, the neighbors were great, but there is a lot of things to know before moving in. If you stay on the 1st or 2nd floor, be ready to hear every movement that is made from people that live on top of you. Be ready to hear everything, and everyone who walks past your door because the walls are so thin. When I moved in a had to pay a months rent for a security deposit (I didn’t mind). When I moved out, they have every reason to make my security deposit as stubby as possible. That’s not even the bad part, THE CHECK THEY WROTE DECLINED AT MULTIPLE STORES! Be careful with these shady people. I moved hours away and the property manager told me “well you’re gone now, there’s nothing we can really do” . They have good reviews due to the nice location and nice neighbors but the apartments are not in the best shape and they will charge you for things that were in bad shape when you moved in. They blame it on you to take more money out of your security deposit. VERY SHADY PROPERTY.

My family and I went and checked out Stonepost Lakeside apartments today and we were absolutely impressed with how kind the staff at the leasing office was. We walked into the leasing office and we were immediately greeted by an employee named Brady. Brady was incredibly helpful, kind and made us feel super welcome. He made it super easy to get on a waiting list for these nice apartments and answered all our questions with professionalism and kindness. The apartment he let us tour was beautiful and had a nice open floor plan. We are very excited and hopeful to be able to rent an apartment here very soon. Brady if you’re reading this, thank you for being so kind and awesome. The property manager was there as well and she was very sweet and welcoming as well. Thank you Stonepost Lakeside.

My daughter referred this property to me to follow up with as we're looking to move and were pretty much in a time crunch. I called and spoke to Mark in the leasing office, he was very friendly and informative. He recommended I complete an application soon because units were filling up fast. We visited the property and Mark was so pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. We wanted to see another unit and Mark had another team member assist us with the virtual tour. She was just as friendly as Mark, in fact the entire staff in the leasing office were very pleasant and welcoming. Mark and I exchanged several emails and he always answered them in a timely manner. I look forward to my stay and will post another review once we're settled in. Mark, thank you for all your help!!!

I have lived here a couple of times and I have always had good experiences with maintenance addressing my work orders quickly. The pool is crystal blue in the summer and with 2 dogs, the off leash dog park is an awesome amenity I use frequently. The apartment I had with the view of the lake was so cool. Parking can be pretty up and down (which is the only reason for 4 out of 5 stars) depending on the building you are in but I was able to rent a garage right in front of my apartment which I use extensively especially in the winter. The garage is spacious enough for my SUV to fit along with some miscellaneous storage items. I have only had 1 issue with a neighbors noise level which was quickly resolved after speaking to the assistant manager. I enjoy living here and encourage anyone looking for a new place to call home to come check it out!
