Lived here so far for a year and half, though the prices for the apartments are fairly good and the interior is good. The workers here are not, everytime I’m outside I see the maintenance/ grounds people just riding and circling around the complex on golf carts allday. They don’t maintain their facilities, I’ve consistently gone to the gym here for a year and have constantly seen cobwebs, spider webs, dead bugs and dust everywhere. Told the front office about it and they did nothing. The pools are nice except they only maintain them the first few weeks of them opening and leave them for the rest of the summer filled with leaves, dirt, sand and dead bugs. I’ve only seen one specific grounds person actually do work, others maybe pulls some weeds, empty a few dog waste stations and call it a day. They also let the dog waste station in the back of the complex in the big field get over grown with weeds, surrounded by bags of dog waste, and tons of bugs surrounding it. They also hire a company to mow the grass and do that for them which they mow over mud and don’t bother to clean it up. Grounds people also hang out in a corner behind the complex and sit and talk and whatnot. Beside the good prices for the apartments all of the other is terrible.

I wish I could give them negative stars. This is the worst apartment that I ever known. Staffs are ridiculously worst. If you don’t speak up they will charge you for everything they fix while you are residing there. And when you are moving out please drag them( apartment people) with you in your apartment and do the checklist with them. They don’t want to come with you to check apartment and later after you moved out you will be blessed with the huge fine saying your carpet has couple spot which we cannot clean and because of it we have to charge for the entire apartment carpet. Ridiculous way to make some extra money. This is my realtime experience. Don’t go to them even though they said free carport. If necessary i will upload the pic. Hey who ever manages this property, don’t ripped the people who don’t speak english. Don’t threaten them with lawyer or collection dept when they tried to ask you some proof.
