I am the food donation driver for the Orlando Union Rescue Mission and I pick up here weekly. I always choose to support businesses that help the homeless, and families with various situations that cause homelessness. Increase in rent, job loss, addictions they are overcoming and many more reasons. Thank you Chick-fil-A. OURM loves you.

I'm usually the first person to talk up chic fil a and the service I receive. But tonight was the most disappointing chic fil a experience I've ever had. They were out of Mac n cheese and didn't inform me until I got to the window and I was treated like my presence was inconveniencing them when I asked them to remove the Mac n cheese from the order instead of agreeing to replace it with something I wasn't interested in. Then I open my food and my sandwich is cold and my chicken patty is burned. Like they just grabbed the last patty out of a drawer without looking or something. My cheese was half off the sandwich like they didn't care how they were preparing any of my food and my waffle fries were even colder and tasted old and completely unsalted.
