I live below the noisiest human ever. I've gone to the office and complained and apparently I was bothering them. This woman throws cigarette butts onto my porch still lit. Walks so damn hard on my floor she shakes the windows. I regret renewing my lease and will not do so again.

DO NOT RENT HERE. The worst place to live in, they are almost never there at the office, if you call for a problem they never answer and then when it's late they'll charge you for it, bugs everywhere, they lost a check and said we didn't pay and they'll change us Exta 100$ for late pay and refused to look back at the cameras untill we called corporate. We accidentally gave them 2 checks for rent and they never said anything about it until we realized and we told them to keep it until next month and take the money but they took money from both checks in a month without thinking twice. They tow your cars like it's nothing, if you work like you Will not find a place to park at all, you can't put nothing in your balcony. Someone stole our bike and they didn't care at all or try to help, and when you leave they'll charge you for Every little on the house, they charged us for not returning the key of the pool but we found them and gave them back yet they still charged us 40$ for it.

Awful. Not actually wheelchair accessible. They almost towed my friend as he was helping us move in. They now have a horrible registry system where you ALWAYS have to register any guests you have over, and you have a limited amt of slots for the day, even if it's for a couple hours). Only one maintenence guy who sorta knows what he's doing. Outdated appliances that only half work

My family and I have lived here for a few months now and we've had a great experience so far. Parking is a little tight but I still am able to park in front or near my building so I cant complain too much about that because that is a risk you take when you live at an apartment complex. Besides that, the ladies in the office are great and made us feel at home when we moved here all the way from Massachusetts. We did have an issue with our dishwasher when we first moved in but maintenance came within the same day the work order was put in and fixed it which was great! So all in all we've enjoyed our time here at Fieldstone so far and would definitely recommend it.
