Just moved here and it's perfect. Peaceful and quiet!(May 2019 )NOW... Have almost begged for notice when pest control enters. .no notes left and on the maintenance page, not showing it has been done . Ridiculous we are paying for pest control but HAVE to call to set up! Starting on my 3rd year and there is more turnover in the office than ever and less being done. Last year here! Manager is never in the office, not like she will do anything about issues anyway! Now 2022, become "hoodluke". Neighbors rude

Do not rent from here especially if you're a veteran! They are the worst rental agency I have ever worked with. The front office staff is worthless. They are not there to help you in any capacity. They were notoriously bad about not letting you know all of your options when dealing with them. They will only make you aware of the option that makes only their life easiest. If you do not conform to it. They will target you, making sure never to help you or drag their feet when they're forced to. Lastly, I had to deal with roaches the entire time I lived here. Not just a couple, an infestation. I noticed on other reviews Millcreek says they did not know. That is a lie. Neighbors of mine and I all spoke to them about it. It was just another ball dropped by their front office that they blamed others for. Bottom line is, it may be a cheap apartment (for good reason), but you end up spending the money elsewhere.

Bugs friendly appartments, if you are moving there be ready to make bugs your best friend. Paying pest control every month, not sure where is that going. You are more than welcome to stay with variety of bugs through out the year. More pics coming soon.

Future Bestseller

The staff is rude and less than helpful. We've lived here for about two years and it just keeps getting worse. There is ONE treadmill in the gym, there aren't matching sets of weights, and the gym is disgusting... seriously is it that hard to clean the place? There is money for pool parties and pizza parties but residence can't get working washer and dryers or a decent workout area? Also, why do you keep cutting down perfectly good plants around the complex? Sunflowers and trees are constantly being removed and it just doesn't make sense. I've talked to other residence about this and they agree. We spend decent money to live here and it just doesn't seem right. Maybe it's time to start looking elsewhere because I've about had it with this place.
